You have the right under The CCR (Consumer Contracts Regulations) 2014 which states that up to 14 days after receiving your goods, in most cases, you can change your mind and get a full refund. You have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days from delivery without giving any reason. This right does not apply to any customised or personalised goods bought through our website. To exercise this right please Contact Us prior to the expiry of the cancellation rights period.

If you cancel this contract, we will reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for the supplementary costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us).

We may make a deduction from the reimbursement for loss in value of any goods supplied, if the loss is the result of unnecessary handling by you.

We will make the reimbursement without undue delay, and not later than 14 days after the day we received back from you any goods supplied; or (if earlier) 14 days after the day you provide evidence that you have returned the goods; or if there were no goods supplied, 14 days after the day on which we are informed about your decision to cancel this contract.

We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.

The CRA (Consumer Rights Act) 2015 states that goods must be as described, fit for purpose and of satisfactory quality. During the expected lifespan of your product you're entitled to the following; up to 30 days, if your goods are faulty, then you can get a refund. Up to six months, if they can't be repaired or replaced, then you're entitled to a full refund, in most cases, up to six years, if the goods do not last a reasonable length of time, you may be entitled to some money back.

Nothing in this contract affects your legal rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 (also known as ‘statutory rights’). You may also have other rights in law.

Whether mixing up the roads with the rough, heading out for a bike packing adventure, or getting to work and back swiftly and efficiently.

Practical, good looking, and always ready for everything, the Tourus is an ideal getaway partner. Wide range 2x10 gearing makes climbing easy, whether loaded up with bike packing gear or making up for lost time. Hydraulic disc brakes with an oversize front rotor mean stopping is never an issue. Sealed cable ports and masses of mud clearance, together with being fully mud-guard ready, ensure bad weather will never hold you back.

The Tourus shares the same 'ride anywhere' mountain bike (MTB) inspired handling as the rest of Whyte's gravel range. Together with wide rims and high-volume 700x45mm tyres that boost comfort and grip, the Tourus is always ready to leave the roads far behind as you head over the hills, into the forests, and down unknown trails. The Maxxis tyres, 2x10 Shimano GRX gears and brakes, bottle, rack*, and bike packing mounts mean the Tourus is a fast, efficient, and capable all-rounder. *If you want to run a rear rack with these gravel bikes' dropped seatstay design, Whyte recommends purchasing a combined seatclamp with integrated rack mount to give you the straightest and strongest rack fixing on these gravel bikes.

Whyte has engineered the Tourus with a unique blend of their mountain bike (MTB) and gravel innovations to deliver the best, most confidence-inspiring, and capable ride possible. The Tourus' longer reach alloy frame, short stem, and wider bar boost comfort and confidence, while the custom offset fork keeps the Total Geometry steering fresh, light, and naturally balanced without the flop and wander of a slack head angle. The result is not just on-trail confidence and inspiring capability, but a neutral and natural steering feel on road, too. That's true even when you're loaded with bikepacking gear.
