  • Drivetrain (chain, cassette, chainset and derailleur) removed, cleaned, checked, re-lubricated
  • New brake pads fitted if necessary*
  • Brake fluid top up if required
  • Wheels trued and spoke tension checked and adjusted
  • Full inspection and safety assessment of frame, components and wheels
  • All bolts checked and torqued
  • Tyre checked and inflated to specification
  • Any drivechain parts changed if needed*
  • Gears and brakes tuned
  • Headset checked and tightened (additional charge if service or bearing change needed)
  • Bottom bracked checked (additional charge if service or replacement needed)
  • Suspension and linkage checked and inflated

Full Strip Down and Prep

Full Service plus:

  • All parts removed from frame and cleaned
  • Headset replaced or serviced*
  • Tyre sealant top-up*
  • Hubs checked and adjusted if necessary
  • Bottom bracket replace or serviced*
  • Cables (inner and outer replacement if necessary)*

If hubs require servicing then an additional cost will apply

Note: All E-bikes incur an additional £25 diagnostic and firmware update fee, service prices are labour only, any parts needed will be an additional cost. Our hourly labour charge is £60 P/H when work falls outside of categories.
** E-bikes must be legally classed as bicycles, limited to 15.5mph and meet all other EAPC requirements as per UK law. **

  • Shock air can service £35 + Seals
  • Official Velorim Recycling Centre
  • Tyre recycling £1.50
  • Tube recycling free
  • Brake tune/pad fit (no bleed) £15 per brake
  • Brake bleeding Shimano £25, other brands £30 per brake
  • Headset Fitting £30, Headset Service: £20
  • Wheel build £65 per wheel *Does not include spokes or nipples.
  • Hub service From £30 per hub *Hourly rates apply
  • Bottom bracket fitting £30
